Start the flow when a customer’s message contains one of your keywords, or the moment a new contact is added.

Add and connect steps
Drag in text, media, buttons and lists, then actions like Add to group, Update contact, Delay or Condition, and connect them in order.

Publish and go live
Save your flow, then publish it. From that moment it answers real customers, day and night.
